WHO WE ARE
Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) Economic Development Organization headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Our mission is centered on "Moving Black America Forward" by pioneering innovative programming tailored to foster economic and social mobility for Black youth aged 9 to 24.

Distinguished as the inaugural U.S. Chamber of Commerce dedicated to business education, professional skills development, and trauma therapy education specifically for Black youth, we aim to cultivate a future generation of thriving Black entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. Our focus extends beyond traditional age boundaries, reaching youth as young as 9 years old to instill crucial skills and mindsets early on.

In pursuit of our objectives, Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. is actively establishing Noir Black Business Clubs on U.S. colleges and universities. Additionally, we have launched the national Noirbbc Clubs App, designed to engage Black college, high school, middle school, and elementary school youth nationwide in early business and professional skills education. Through this platform, participants gain access to online mentors, corporate apprenticeships, job opportunities, financial education, banking services, and more.
The sustainability of our impactful programming is made possible through the generous support of donors, grants, and foundation funding. Together, we are empowering Black youth to seize opportunities, break barriers, and chart their paths toward success.
